 There are two ways to find a farm or land in Middle Tennessee
The first way, is to go to the search engine below and search all the listings in Middle Tennessee. When you find one in the areas in which I am familiar, call me and I will check it out for you.
This can take time and result in the better properties being sold before you can find it.
The second way is to use my experience and let me find the property for you that meets your requirements. This will save you time and keep you ahead of the sales curve.

To search for farm or acreage listings, use the criteria below. Select Farm/Hobby and Lot/Acreage and Single Family on the left. Enter the minimum acreage you want as well as the price range. This is a changing marketplace currently. Set your maximun price 30% higher than you think you want to pay. Expect to pay $6,000 to $15,000 per acre depending on size of the property, location, water and buildings on the property plus $75 to $120 per square foot for a home.
Select "all" counties to see all available listings in the Middle Tennessee MLS. Select the following Counties if you want to rely on my experience in this area to guide you. Select Williamson, Maury, Rutherford, Hickman, Perry, Lincoln , Dickson, Lawrence, Lewis, Moore, Marshall or Giles Counties.
